#1. The Blind Submission
This is was a Track performed in 2003 or 2004 approximatley. All hardware improvisation recorded to tape. The sessions consisted of two peices which were performed "blind" of each other, they were recorded to tape and later overdubbed on computer. This is a somewhat noisey and chaotic album, with dirty production. Consumer audio gear such as radios, record players, 8 tracks and cassette machines. Low end and out dated pro gear was used as well, such as roland D-5 and SH-32. These two elements combined make a very interesting and unique peice of music which stands alone in the Ruin catalog.
#2. Ahlsowend
A nice small and tidy slice of Ruin layer cake. Served up fresh and raw. About 90% analog hardware. This is the first release to feature the Suitcase modular (see RuinProjects for suitcase modular info) 6 tracks and 13 minutes long it's a good place to start to get a feel for the dirt in Ruin if you don't want commitment. Industrial drone modular music. Enjoy.
